The Dispatch Coordinator position is Full Time and Temp to Hire. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday 4pm to 1am and Saturdays 8pm to 5am. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage dispatch calls.
- Provide customer service support.
- Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch service providers.
- Receive, process, and review samples.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately.
- Conduct facility sampling activities.
- Retrieve samples from various locations.
- Assist other departments when needed.
- Complete additional duties assigned by management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Accurate data entry and ability to multitask.
- Excellent telephone and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
- Effective time management skills.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Clean DMV driving record.
- Ability to learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
