 The Administrative Assistant position is part time and temporary, lasting 3 to 4 months. Hours are from 7:30am to 11:30am or 8am to 12pm, Monday through Friday. The rate of pay is $20/Hr.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to sales and administrative staff by:
    • Answering, forwarding, and noting incoming calls
    • Assigning items serial numbers and other information to pending orders/invoices
    • Filing completed invoices
    • Asking staff for their leave hours prior to payroll-processing days
    • Other support tasks as needed

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with handling customer calls and forwarding calls via an internal phone system
  • Experience handling paperwork
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must know MS Word, Excel
  • Rapid learner
  • Can walk up/down stairs and lift up to 20lbs
