The Lightroom Assembler role is a full-time temporary position lasting around 1 to 2 months. Hours are from 8am to 4:30pm, Mondays through Fridays (with possible overtime). The pay rate for this role is $17.25/hr. If you are qualified and interested, submit your resume today!

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain accurate inventory.
  • Communicate with outside warehouse regarding customer orders and replenishment orders.
  • Accurately package product content to ensure safe handling during shipment.
  • Allocate inventory for customer orders.
  • Check for accuracy of unit measure, quantities of order, and carrier bills.
  • Prepare orders in a timely manner in order to meet deadlines.
  • Notify Supervisor or Planning Department when discrepancies occur in inventory
  • Perform data entry for stock movement.
  • Perform data entry for confirming customer shipments. Accurately indicate which items are shipped and/or back-ordered.
  • Print customer invoice.
  • Place packlist and invoice in customer package.
  • Use appropriate meter station to prepare carrier labels. Select appropriate ship method. Accurately place carrier label on package and sort to correct staging area to await pick-up.
  • Maintain work area, and supplies in clean and neat fashion, informing supervisor of safety issues as necessary.
  • Adhere to company and departmental policies and procedures, including ISO, safety and security measures.

Skills & Qualifications

  • High School diploma and one to two years experience.
  • Ability to use forklift or electric pallet jack.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to use LabTrac, AS400, and various office equipment such as computer, printer, copier, fax, and phone.
