The Lightroom Assembler role is a full-time temporary position lasting around 1 to 2 months. Hours are from 8am to 4:30pm, Mondays through Fridays (with possible overtime). The pay rate for this role is $17.25/hr. If you are qualified and interested, submit your resume today!

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain accurate inventory.
- Communicate with outside warehouse regarding customer orders and replenishment orders.
- Accurately package product content to ensure safe handling during shipment.
- Allocate inventory for customer orders.
- Check for accuracy of unit measure, quantities of order, and carrier bills.
- Prepare orders in a timely manner in order to meet deadlines.
- Notify Supervisor or Planning Department when discrepancies occur in inventory
- Perform data entry for stock movement.
- Perform data entry for confirming customer shipments. Accurately indicate which items are shipped and/or back-ordered.
- Print customer invoice.
- Place packlist and invoice in customer package.
- Use appropriate meter station to prepare carrier labels. Select appropriate ship method. Accurately place carrier label on package and sort to correct staging area to await pick-up.
- Maintain work area, and supplies in clean and neat fashion, informing supervisor of safety issues as necessary.
- Adhere to company and departmental policies and procedures, including ISO, safety and security measures.
Skills & Qualifications
- High School diploma and one to two years experience.
- Ability to use forklift or electric pallet jack.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to use LabTrac, AS400, and various office equipment such as computer, printer, copier, fax, and phone.
