The Receptionist assignment is a full-time temp to hire position located in Santa Barbara, California. The schedule is Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with a pay rate of $18 an hour.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming calls, screen caller and direct staff
  • Check general voicemail and distribute messages first thing in the morning and periodically during the day
  • Open and distribute mail daily
  • Process credit checks on new applications within one business day of receiving
  • Process rental applications
  • Process incoming written rental reference requests
  • Draft resident form letter correspondence including 24-hour notices, roommate notices, over occupancy and unauthorized resident notices, unauthorized pet notices for customer service representatives to mail/have delivered
  • Review draft leases for accuracy
  • Send leases for e-sign
  • Back up client services specialists for lunches, busy days, vacation, and sick days
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
