We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Electronic File Clerk with an excellent company dedicated to providing their clients the best service possible. The Receptionist/Electronic File Clerk is a full time and temp to hire position located in Arroyo Grande, CA. Hours are from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $20/hr. A pay review will take place after 20 weeks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer and forward calls
  • Take messages
  • Complete intake forms for prospective clients
  • Process client email
  • Assist with other office tasks

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience preferred but will train a good fit
  • Must know MS Outlook
  • Office uses Phoneslips and Word Perfect software
  • Driver’s License is helpful but not required
  • Confidentiality and confidence are a must
