We’re seeking a Project Admin Assistant to join one of our clients in Vandenberg SFB, California! This is a full-time, temporary position (approximately 6 months), with a schedule of 8AM to 4PM, Monday through Friday, and a pay rate of $20 an hour. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Project manager and team.
  • Coordinate and maintain badging requests for base access.
  • Organize, maintain, and track project files and correspondences.
  • Handle day-to-day clerical duties like emails, invoices, meeting minutes etc.
  • Compose correspondence and proofread documents.
  • Set and maintain filing systems.
  • Present information to vendors, subcontractors, and other employees in one on one and small group settings.
  • Assist with RFIs, submittals, bidding process, scheduling, purchase orders, and procurement.
  • Build data packages of completed work.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a construction or similar environment.
  • Positive can-do attitude a must.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Great time management skills
  • Detail oriented
