We’re seeking a Porter to assist one of our clients in Santa Maria, California! This is a full-time, temporary position (approximately 1 month), with a schedule of 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday, and a pay range of $17 to $20 an hour. If you’re interested, please send us your resume today!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean around property to include bathrooms, hallways, pool area, office, and grounds.
- Empty trash.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade is required.
- Ability to perform carpentry, electrical, appliance, HVAC, and plumbing repairs.
- Must be able to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints and maintain the highest level of customer service.
- Must comply with all relevant safety regulations.
