Our client is seeking a Firm Operations Manager to oversee business administration, team management, project coordination, HR functions, and payroll support. This is a multifaceted position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving efficiency and positive workplace culture.
The Operations Manager is a direct hire position with an annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $125,000 depending on experience. Hours are from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure seamless workflow
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a talented team
- Manage operational projects from planning to execution
- Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and benefits administration
- Support payroll processing with timesheet validation and accuracy checks
Skills & Qualifications
- Someone with 5+ years of experience in firm operations, HR, and team management
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional
- A strong leader with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- An expert in labor laws, payroll, and HR best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HR, and payroll software
- Prior experience in a CPA firm is a plus
