We’re on the hunt for an Office Manager to join one of our clients in sunny Santa Maria, California! This full-time, temp to hire position offers a competitive rate of pay ranging from $28-35 per hour. Hours are to be determined with a schedule of Monday through Friday. **THIS POSITION REQUIRES A DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK**
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support duties
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Prepare financial reports for CPA and leadership team
- Oversee payroll administration- including timecards, PTO, and IRA distributions
- Handle HR administration- on/offboarding employees, benefit administration, PTO requests, and escalate matters to HR consultant as needed
- Process and submit all government forms
- Create and review budgets- track expenses and revenue
- Manage and prioritize incoming email communications for the General Manager
- Maintain corporate calendar and coordinate meetings and other event scheduling
- Make travel arrangements including hotels, flights, rental cars, and restaurant reservations
- Meetings: Schedule, invite attendees, create agenda, and take minutes
- Document Management: Organize electronic and hardcopies
- Handle some benefits administration and follow-up
- Office operations, including stocking and ordering office supplies
- Front line IT support
- Research various business-related projects for the leadership team
Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Associates in Business Administration preferred
- 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Must be able to lift/move up to 25lbs
- Must have excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work
