The Office Assistant position is Full Time and Temp to Hire, with the hours from 8 am to 5 pm (some flexibility with start time), Mondays through Fridays. The pay rate for this position is $16 an hour.  If you are qualified and interested, submit your resume ASAP!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handling all aspects of order management
  • Creating and maintain databases including UPC and sample entry
  • Receiving and shipping samples to various locations
  • Other duties as assigned

 Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Self-motivated and self sufficient in approach to work with a genuine desire to help others
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task
