We’re seeking a Maintenance Worker to join one of our clients in Vandenberg Village, California! This is a full-time position that can potentially be temp to hire for the right fit, with a schedule of 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday, and a pay range of $21 to $24 an hour based on experience. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Basic plumbing – snaking drains, changing faucets, installing garbage disposals.
- Keep deck around pool clean and free of debris.
- Dump trashcans and power wash sidewalks.
- Replace screens, spackle holes, light painting.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade experience is required.
- Must be clean cut and possess good people skills.
- Must comply with all relevant safety regulations.
