We’re currently recruiting for a Maintenance Worker with an excellent company. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position located in Buellton, working 7:00am to 4:30pm Monday-Thursday, and 7:00am to 11:00am Friday making $22/hr. Employees must agree to work alternative work schedule (OT accrued after 40 total hours worked weekly). Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist management with daily maintenance
- Maintain machinery and building using small hand tools
- Will start in production to become familiar with equipment and will work in production as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of hydraulics and light welding is a plus
- Knowledge of maintenance a plus, but will train a mechanically inclined candidate
