The Kitchen Worker position is located in Santa Barbara and is part time with a potential for temp-to-hire. Hours are from 7am to 11am on Wednesdays, with a payrate of $24/hr.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operating and maintaining cooking equipment such as ovens, mixers and depositors
- Preparing ingredients and cooking according to recipes
- Keeping the kitchen clean and organized, which includes washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping
- Following health and safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and food-borne illnesses
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience is preferred, but training is available
- Looking for someone who is self motivated, ambitious, and has a passion for food
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to stand for 4 hours
- Hair nets, face masks, and gloves are mandatory at all times
