Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for home healthcare positions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and job postings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Conduct reference checks, background checks, and credential verifications to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Coordinat and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare programs, and community organizations to establish a talent pipeline.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and retention rates, to optimize hiring strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in home healthcare or a similar setting.
- Familiarity with healthcare staffing regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
