Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage digital calendars and scheduling for meetings and appointments
- Support management of projects such as meetings, agendas, outlines, and reports
- Maintain e-files utilizing technology such as Dropbox, Box, Google Drive, etc.
- Research and book hotels and transportation
- Manage the business expense tracking and reports for reimbursement
- Coordinate offsite leadership meetings and “summits”
- Support email management of executives such as flagging important emails and distributing reports
Skills & Qualifications
- High School diploma required, degree preferred
- Must have experience supporting an administrative team
- Ability to effectively work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in written format, requires ability to communication verbally and in writing in a professional manner.
