The Document Associate position is full time and temp-to-hire, with hours from 6am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday. The pay rate is $18/Hr.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry for department by documenting inventory issuances, completions, and disposals.
  • Verifies documentation for products produced to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepares Return to Stock Form and labels for components being returned to warehouse, showing: date, “From” and “To” locations, location tag number, part number, lot number, description, quantity, unit of measure, work order number and initials.
  • Assist in shop order reconciliation and other product issue resolution as needed.
  • Firms, creates Lot #’s and releases shop order using the LX data base, prepares filling records and prints out correct labels for shop Assist Packagers with shortages and prepares prototypes.
  • Maintain work area in a clean and orderly fashion.
  • Adhere to company and departmental policies and practices as well as ISO, safety, and security measures.

Skills & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED and one year related experience
  • Ability to be flexible in changing daily workload priorities as directed and accurately perform detail oriented work.
  • Ability to wear hairnet, work under yellow lighting and wear safety glasses.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy, consistency and quality in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
  • Ability to function in a controlled environment regulated by FDA GMPs and handle confidential information.
  • Ability to use Excel and email and various office equipment such as computer, printer, copier, fax, and phone.
