The Club Manager is a full-time position located in Lompoc, CA. Applicants must be open to working weekends or evenings. The rate of pay is $22/Hr.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Kitchen operations: Trains, schedules, and supervises kitchen staff, works on menu development and pricing, and assists in food preparation as necessary.
- Catered parties: Promote events, ensure all customers needs are met, ensures adequate staff are available for the event, supervises, and provides support as necessary.
- Financial: Makes reports on a monthly basis, recommends changes in policy to improve finances, and makes necessary banks for all registers.
- Hiring and firing of employees
- All other duties as required
