The Clerical Assistant position also performs some administrative duties, and is a part time, temp to hire opportunity. The position is located in Santa Ynez, CA and the hours are 10am to 4pm or 5pm, three to four days a week. The pay rate starts at $19, with a possible raise at the end of a 90 day probationary period.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform all the clerical duties of a business such as invoicing, purchasing, light accounting, customer service, creating and maintaining customer files, and scheduling appointments.
- Work with clients, vendors, and subcontractors with a pleasant demeanor.
- Meet and greet customers.
- Serve as the first contact for the business.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a corporate or office environment
- Attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
