We’re seeking a Clerical Assistant for one of our clients in Buellton, CA. This is a full-time temp-to-hire assignment, with a pay range between $22 and $28 an hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4/4:30PM. If you’re interested in this role, apply today! We’d love to see your resume!
Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Create service work orders
- Monitor and coordinate technician schedules
- Receive, review, and document reports from field technicians
- Track and maintain parts inventory
- Process customer payments and prepare invoices accurately
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Administrative or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- QuickBooks knowledge a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or coordinating service calls preferred
- Basic understanding of inventory management and tracking procedures
- Experience processing invoices, payments, and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
