We’re seeking a Clerical Assistant for one of our clients in Buellton, CA. This is a full-time temp-to-hire assignment, with a pay range between $22 and $28 an hour. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Create service work orders
  • Monitor and coordinate technician schedules
  • Receive, review, and document reports from field technicians
  • Track and maintain parts inventory
  • Process customer payments and prepare invoices accurately
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Administrative or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • QuickBooks knowledge a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or coordinating service calls preferred
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and tracking procedures
  • Experience processing invoices, payments, and maintaining accurate records
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, dependable, and punctual
