Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily construction activities and subcontractor performance.
- Manage project schedules, cost forecasting, and change orders.
- Collaborate with superintendents, architects, engineers, and clients to align execution with design and budget.
- Monitor quality, safety, and sustainability across all project phases.
- Support procurement, permitting, and inspection processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress to leadership and clients.
- Represent the company’s values of craftsmanship, transparency, and teamwork in every interaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience in the industry.
- 3-5 years of experience in a general-contractor environment.
- Experience across commercial, hospitality, and/or high-end residential/estate construction.
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Suite, MS Project, or Bluebeam.
- Strong understanding of California building codes, permitting, and safety standards.
- OSHA 30 certification (required within six months of hire).
- Professional credentials such as PMP, CMAA, AIC, or LEED AP are preferred.
