The Administrative Coordinator position is a full-time, temp to hire position in Santa Maria, CA. The rate of pay ranges between $20 to $23/hr with a rotating schedule.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Addressing phone call guidelines as to how to answer the telephone and distribute calls in a consistent processional manner

  • Provide support to clients by ensuring seamless transition of samples from the client to the lab

  • Schedule/Coordinate & Dispatch service providers

  • Receive, process and review samples from various locations

  • Schedules/Updates to monthly Micro Schedule

  • Collection/shipping/tracking of customer supplies

  • Fulfill all duties assigned by management

  • Assist other departments as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Professional customer service skills
  • Data entry accuracy and ability to multitask
  • Excellent telephone & written/verbal communication skills

  • Proficient with computers & Microsoft Office

  • Excellent organizational & time management skills

  • Self-motivated, Quick to learn

  • Touch typist 40 WPM +

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

  • Clean DMV report

  • Flexible Schedule (Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays, OT), with ability to travel on occasion
