We are currently looking for a Administrative Coordinator for a company that works on a global market, in 50 different countries. The Administrative Coordinator position is with a well-established company on the Central Coast of California – Lompoc, CA – a town surrounded by mountainous landscapes and known for its local wineries. This temporary position is full time, working Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm, and lasts approximately 6 months. Depending on employee preference, this could be a hybrid role after training, with two days a week worked remotely. The pay rate for this position is $25/hr.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- AP Support
- Assist in clean-up of AP backlogs.
- Help manage daily issues with accounting, delivery, and receiving.
- Support root cause analysis on transactional issues impacting our open payables.
- Seek and support initiatives which simplify or reduce transactional activities (EDI, ERP functionality, reorder points).
- Opera SAP Preparation
- Manage current and new vendors to include new vendor qualification process.
- Support item file cleansing & naming convention requirements.
- Close old PO line items.
- Work closely with other departments on BOM review.
- Opera SAP Go-Live
- Assist in new PO creation in new ERP.
- Help track transactions from cradle to grave to look for errors.
- Work with hypercare team to resolve issues from migration.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma with related work experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Google Workspaces and/or Microsoft Office.
- Microsoft AX or SAP experience is a plus.
- Professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Work requires continual attention to detail in reviewing POs, invoices or vendor details.
- Must be extremely organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Good analytical skills required.
