This position is full-time and temp to hire and is located in Santa Maria, CA. The hours are from 7am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday with some Saturday work required. The pay rate for this position is $18 to $20 an hour (DOE). Benefits if hired by the client include medical, dental, vision and life insurance, vacation/sick pay, 6 holidays, 401K after first year, and possible bonuses.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Code & enter accounts payable for all harvesting, packaging, and cooling activity
  • Code & enter sales settlements for all harvesting activity
  • Update packaging information in database as needed, ensure monthly inventory is collected, and assist with inventory reconciliation
  • Assist with cost reporting on harvesting activity
  • Assist accounting department as needed with any clerical help

Skills & Qualifications

  • Office experience 1+ years
  • Computer proficient – Microsoft Office, 10-key, & typing
  • Knowledgeable with Excel spreadsheets including creating, editing, and inputting
  • Bilingual – English & Spanish
  • Analyze and resolve accounting issues
  • Manage and complete multiple tasks accurately and by deadline
  • Organization and maintaining accurate systems
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve established outcomes
  • Pay close attention to detail in all aspects of this job
  • Strong communication skills
