The Shipping Team Member role is located in Buellton, CA and lasts from August 1st, 2025 to March 30 2026. Hours are from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. Applicants must be okay with working occasional weekend shifts and overtime as necessary. The pay rate for this position ranges from $18-20/hr. Anyone who is interested should submit a resume ASAP!

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Keep all warehouses clean and organized
- Pick finished goods according to individual order requirements
- Use shipping software to process and ship individual orders
- Properly pack and label outgoing parcel shipments
- Physically transfer finished goods between multiple warehouses
- Load and document outgoing LTL and full truckload shipments
- Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Active listening and ability to properly follow instructions
- Basic math skills
- English reading comprehension – Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently, with little to no instruction, as well as on a team
- No shellfish allergies
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Ability to climb fixed and portable ladders to a height of 12 feet
- Ability to stoop and bend while lifting weights up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Shipping team members spend a great deal of time on their feet and generally work a regular 40 hour week plus scheduled overtime and may include evening or weekend shifts
- Work in a warehouse environment where negative elements are present to a moderate degree, including exposure to outside weather conditions, and indoor elements such as temperature extremes, dirt, dust, fumes, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises
- Work environment involves minimal exposure to physical risks, such as operating dangerous equipment or working with chemicals
