We’re seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join one of our valued clients in Solvang, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity and pay range is $20-$35 an hour based on experience. **Benefits if hired by client include full paid healthcare for employee and family, dental and vision. Seven paid holidays. Vacation after first year one week, second year two weeks, 10 years three weeks and after 15 years four weeks. **
Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle general ledger, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and invoicing.
- Manage office operations (No supervision)
- Order office supplies
- Some correspondence
- Customer service
- Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise
- Ability to handle confidential information
- 2 years of office management, bookkeeping, accounting or similar experience
- Great written and oral communication
