This position is full time and temp to hire, located in Santa Barbara, CA. Hours are from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday with a payrate of $25-$26/Hr. The Assistant Property Supervisor, under the direction of the Property Supervisor, handles a multitude of administrative and in-field tasks. Maintaining positive relationships through responsive communication with property owners, tenants and residents is a top priority. Proactive property care, safety, property condition and curb appeal are also essential.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Tenant and resident communication, notices and relations.
- Assist with exterior, semi-annual interior, and move out inspections
- Enter work orders
- Complete security deposit reconciliations
- Meeting with vendors and in-house maintenance techs
- Meeting and collaborating with onsite managers (if applicable)
- All other duties as requested by Property Supervisor
Skills & Qualifications
- Available to work full time, plus overtime as needed (Especially in June)
- Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Clean DMV record
- Working vehicle and current auto insurance
- Great organizational and people skills
