We are currently recruiting for an Associate Family Law Attorney in beautiful Santa Barbara, CA. Our client has been on the cutting edge of family law since 2011 and excels in complicated cases involving divorce, child support, business valuation, and more. They are dedicated to providing the residents of Santa Barbara and beyond with legal solutions tailored specially to their unique circumstances and are thrilled to be welcoming a new attorney to their practice.
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity. Hours are from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday with a one hour lunch. The rate of pay ranges between $100,000 and $175,000 a year depending on years of experience.
**This position requires a background check. Health insurance premiums paid for by employer after 90 days of employment.**
Daily tasks include:
- Drafting pleadings
- Drafting litigation documents
- Drafting correspondence
- Meeting with clients
- Drafting Requests For Order and Responses to Request for Order
- Court Appearances
- Representation at depositions
- Trial representation
Skills & Qualifications
- Must be an active member of the California State Bar Association.
- Valid Driver’s License and insurance required.
- Experience is greatly preferred, on the job training is provided.
