Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete judicial counsel forms.
- Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents.
- Submit documents to the courts via e-filing.
- Prepare discovery requests and responses.
- Manage the attorney’s calendar.
- Collect necessary documents for trials and hearings.
- Communicate with clients, outside counsel, county clerks, court staff, and others.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong work ethic is essential.
- Effective communication skills are necessary.
- A high degree of organization is needed.
- Ability to follow directions is required.
- Previous experience in family law is mandatory.
