We are currently recruiting for a Project Superintendent with one of California’s fastest growing construction companies. The Project Superintendent is a full-time position located in Mammoth Lakes, CA. Hours are to be determined and the rate of pay is $150,000 annually, with some flexibility. This project lasts 24 months, and any candidate relocating will have their rent and utilities covered by the company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Creates As-Built drawings
- Creates CPM Schedule Baseline and Updates
- Communicates buyout needs notification to Purchasing
- Submits Daily Report
- Conducts daily Safety Meeting
- Notifies CPR of Sub start date
- Manages permits
- Submits Weekly Photo Reports
- Creates Punch List
- Creates Site Specific Safety Plan
- Conducts Subcontract Coordination, Meetings, and Review
Skills & Qualifications
- Must have Public Works/DSA experience
- High School or Higher
- 10+ years of relevant construction experience
- Ability to multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Suites
- OSHA 10
