The Leasing Assistant position is located in Lompoc, CA.  This is a temp to hire position with hours from 8am to 5 pm Tuesday through Saturday. The pay rate for this position is $18/hr.  If you are interested, submit your resume today!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and take down messages
  • Data Entry
  • Conduct community tours and show apartments
  • Process applications
  • Run credit checks
  • Prepare lease agreements
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Dependable, punctual, impeccable attendance record
  • Accurate, attention to detail, service oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Positive attitude, strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills
