This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position working Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm with a rate of pay of $16/hr

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate timely and accurate pulling of work orders, replenishments, and requisitions
  • Use the ERP database to locate work orders, replenishment orders, and other requests for stock; manually allocate and locate products where necessary
  • Communicate non-conformances with inventory and work schedules to proper departments
  • Determine product acceptability for return to stock and communicate non-conformities to appropriate persons
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve inventory discrepancies for all warehouse locations
  • Participate fully in Physical Inventory and Cycle Counting program
  • Pick stock to fill requests as necessary following material pulling procedures
  • Accurately receive inventory; updating ERP database
  • After QC disposition, accurately release inventory to stock and update ERP database
  • Receive customer returns following procedures for Customer Complaint Handling. Verify and complete CCF in SalesForce database. Ensure all necessary information is recorded. Create “unauthorized return” when necessary, communicating appropriately with customer care team
  • Ensure inventory items are dispositioned correctly to QC Evaluation, Tech Evaluation, Back to Stock or disposal
  • Ensure all equipment returns for repair are handled expediently and according to equipment return procedures
  • Operate forklift and pallet jack in performance of job duties
  • Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures including ISO, safety, and security
