The Accounting Associate opportunity is located in Santa Maria, CA. This position is full time and temp-to-hire. Hours are from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with a payrate ranging between $22-24/hr.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare reports on invoices, pending sales, and weekly aging.
- Bill according to each client’s specifications.
- Accurately maintain financial records.
- Assist with back-office organization, clean up and office lock up when needed.
- Answer phones and field phone calls for team members.
- Disperse payroll on payday make sure all documents are signed by employees.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
- Construction Office Experience preferred. At least 3 years of Accounting experience and front desk professional appearance and demeanor.
- High energy self-starter with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Minimum 2 years related work experience and proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word and Foundation Accounting Software.
- Understanding of accounting principles and standards with strong mathematical
